We work with organisations that want to put care, equity and accountability into practice: gemeenten, housing corporations, schools and universities, NGOs and businesses.

We see learning as something we do together. Everyone arrives with knowledge from their own life, and our role is to create the conditions where it can be shared. We won't tell your team what to believe. We start by asking what you value, and how you want to live those values in your work.

Our approach is rooted in healing justice, embodied practice, and the histories of resistance that brought many of our communities here. In the Netherlands, colonial history is not only the past. It still shapes who feels at home in your organisation today.

Before we take on any work, we ask three things. That you commit to at least one concrete change afterwards. That people of colour affected by your decisions are paid to be in the room. And that it is more than a one off session to tick a box.

We do not work with the Marechaussee, the IND or other enforcement agencies, and we never share what participants tell us with them.

Our community never becomes accountable to our clients. Paying us doesn't give any organisation a say over what our members say, which campaigns we support, who takes part in our spaces, or access to our members, their data or our conversations. If an organisation we work with harms our community, we are free to challenge it. And we'll cap how much of our income can come from any single organisation, so no client becomes one we can't afford to lose.

Where we can, our sessions are co facilitated by people from our community, who are paid for their work, so this income also grows what our community can hold.

Organisations pay the full cost of our work. That income helps fund supported places for our community, so every collaboration also redistributes. We only take on work that fits our values and doesn't put our community at risk.
